At Duet, we realize that you aren’t moving anywhere without your furry companion. That’s why, in addition to our pet-friendly homes and on-site pet park, our location is extremely walkable and surrounded by beautiful trails, lakes, and nearby parks. Our pet policy includes:
- 2 Pet Maximum
- 80lb. Weight Limit
- $30 Pet Rent/Month for 1 Pet, $50 Pet Rent/Month for 2 Pets
- $350 Non-Refundable Fee, per Pet
- Breed Restrictions Apply
